permissions:

m/f: if it's a relationship he's willingly initiated or accepted, chances are it's purely physical. if there's any romantic nature to the relationship - like an engagement or, for AUs, a marriage, or any exclusivity - it's either arranged or out of obligation (i.e. accidental pregnancy). he may be fond of any of the women he's involved with or consider some friends (with benefits, either current or previously), but falling in love is a no-go.
m/m: canon males: shuichi obviously and forever, hiro, k, sakano, ryuichi, even tatsuha. the only male i'm really not interested in shipping him with is tohma. for cross-canon, if it's going to be an actual, mutually romantic relationship, he generally has two types - younger, cheerful guys that he can corrupt or older, more serious guys that he can tease; he has different approaches to the relationship depending on which type, but ultimately will still be hesitant and initially withdrawn regarding any real emotions.
if it's just dude on dude sex, have at it. just expect some inner and occasionally outer denial of his gayness.

with those guidelines in mind, hugging/kissing/sex/goodtouch with this dude is groovy, especially with assumed cr.
flirting is always welcome and encouraged, as he's likely to flirt back.
fighting/injury is fine, when the scenario calls for it. he'll fight back hard but won't necessarily always win.
non-con/dub-con are extremely triggering for him, but fine by me.
